Each Auntie is not only trained in the specialized services that Auntie provides, but they also undergo thorough background checks. HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE?

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that things happen and schedules change. We ask that you cancel overnight stays 7 days before the first day of the sit to avoid fees. Canceling within the 7 day window will result in 25% of the booking to be charged. If you return earlier then the established date the full rate is still in effect. Thank you for understanding.
ARE YOU INSURED and BONDED?
Yes! Not only is your pet covered during our visits, but your sitter, your home, and your valuables are as well! Auntie is Coming to Visit is insured through Pet Care Insurance. Policy information can be provided at any time.
SHOULD I INFORM ANYONE THAT YOU WILL BE PET SITTING FOR ME?
Yes. Please let your emergency contact know that we will be staying in your home. Also, share with your neighbors the car we drive so they wont worry. If you have someone who will be stopping by the home, or will be there when we arrive, please let us know in advance. Please discuss other visitors with the Auntie during your meet and greet.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PETS HEALTH CHANGES?
In Time to Pet, you are given the freedom of updating your pets health records. If anything changes with your pets needs or you have updates to the care of your home, please let us know right away. Its important that communication is fluid so that your pets get the care they deserve while you are away.
